Join me for an immersive evening of relaxation, self-discovery, and spiritual connection during this Past Life + Spirit Guide Connection experience. As a QHHT Level 2 Practitioner, I’ll help you access deeper states of awareness through meditation, visualization, and hypnosis techniques developed by the legendary Dolores Cannon.

During the first phase of the session, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state to explore a possible past life experience through guided visualization and hypnosis practices. Afterward, there will be time for silent reflection and writing, with an optional group sharing experience.

In the second phase, I’ll return you to a meditative journey to help you connect with your spirit guide and/or angel and their personal message for you through guided imagery and visualization.

The experience takes place in the relaxing Salt Cave at Revive Wellnesswhile resting in zero gravity chairs with heated blankets for maximum comfort and relaxation.

Please bring a notebook & pen, plenty of water to drink, and wear comfortable clothes.

This workshop is designed to be a light and fun introduction to what a deeper Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session might be like.
